A photo of me taken by my son.

Welcome to the third term at GILA!

The fourth term is here, and spring is in the air. Students in the sophomore class are going to be taking the High School Graduation Qualifying Test in early April, followed by the reading of the story The Odyssey. Seniors will be  working hard on writing research papers. The language arts essentials students continue their reading and understanding of Macbeth; a video will be made as their final project.

Computer application students will be putting together their own web pages applying lessons already learned with Word and Excel. The school newspaper will continue to look after the affairs of the school and put their stories up on the website.

As always, feel free to contact me any time. My door is always open.
