Dr. Apfelbeck combines her knowledge of massage, sports medicine, and chiropractic to ensure a wholistic approach.

Gentle integrative care combines several methods unique to each individual’s needs. Treatment sessions range from 20 to 30 minutes. Patients are well cared for.

Patients learn about biomechanics and are empowered to participate in their own healing.

Dr. Apfelbeck hails from Oak Park, Illinois, where she had a chiropractic practice for 19 years. Her intuitive touch and gentle integrative methods have won the trust and confidence of her patients. She is dedicated to spending quality time with each patient.

Dr. Apfelbeck has taught massage therapy for over 20 years and was a full-time chiropractic instructor at the National University of Health Sciences.
