Rondini is a squash variety that Isabella first talked about. We got some seeds from some guy in Michigan on EBay, then found the same sort of seeds in various catalogues under the name "Rondini." It's been only moderately successful. One year we grew the rondini among the corn stalks, and we had huge vines trailing everywhere without any little round globes. We've also tried growing them in our special squash hot house during the 2010 season, but again didn't get much production. We'll continue tinkering with this interesting squash.

Summer 2011

We didn't grow any Rondini this year.
