JoJo's baptism
JoJo was baptised on 19 June 2004 at the Catholic church in Galena. His godparents are Tim Bedony and Karen Lehmkuhl, a couple who atttend the church. Afterwards, we planted a tree in the front of the church and watered it with his baptismal water.

Here are some photos of JoJo playing the role of the shepherd in the church pageant at St. John Berchman's Catholic Church here in Galena. We also have the usual doting photos of JoJo during the elementary school Christmas pageant, and since we are a fair distance from the oppressive apparatchik at the ACLU, we actually use the word "Christmas." Are we not intolerant slobs or what?

We spent a few days in New York over the holidays in 2005. Here's some of the stuff that happened there. Top row: JoJo visited with the quality Santa in New York at Macy's; JoJo is one of the few kids in Galena to have actually ridden Balto - in this case, the statue of Balto in Central Park.
