JoJo's baptism
JoJo was baptised on 19 June 2004 at the Catholic church in Galena. His godparents are Tim Bedony and Karen Lehmkuhl, a couple who atttend the church. Afterwards, we planted a tree in the front of the church and watered it with his baptismal water.

Here are some photos of JoJo playing the role of the shepherd in the church pageant at St. John Berchman's Catholic Church here in Galena. We also have the usual doting photos of JoJo during the elementary school Christmas pageant, and since we are a fair distance from the oppressive apparatchik at the ACLU, we actually use the word "Christmas." Are we not intolerant slobs or what?

This was the first summer after Grandpa's death. We traveled to Florida to be with my Mom and help her out, and since we were there, we decided to go to Disney World. Top row: JoJo asleep in Mom's arms as Daddy heads out to Fairbanks for college classes; There's something out there in the underbrush! JoJo points to the animal along with the park "ranger" and a crowd of kids from Nova Scotia.
